Just bought a new Canon, an SD90 and having loads of fun with the video function. Had an Elbert's burger yesterday and filmed the crew while waiting in line. Apparently to make their popular cheesesteak is not as complicated as it looks. I guess the key is in the quality of the meat. At Elbert's they use "USDA choice grade beef". Different parts can be used, though. Emeril uses ribeye.
