The Philippine restaurant scene blooming and booming, I'd like to make an effort to get to know the players in the industry, old and new. I will attempt to profile chefs (and cooks) at least once a month, their training, their favorite foods, restaurants, other chefs they might admire. Should help us understand their ventures and maybe follow their successes (and failures?) through the years.
