Tea Eggs

Tea Eggs Originally uploaded by margauxlicious.This was my favorite among all the street bites. They stew the eggs in tea! The result is a dark marble looking egg - understandably dark from the tea. The tea seeps into the egg and adds loads of flavor. It looks really icky when you hold it because it looks brown and dirty but close your eyes and taste it and wow a real fun egg twist.
