First Impressions

I've tried out two new restaurants in the past two weeks: Felix at Greenbelt 5 and Kabisera at High Street.Felix is the latest creation of Florabel Co. She is a chubby China doll with creative creations and dinner at Felix is satisfactory and even fun. If you can get past the noise level, it's a good place to date.
